Joining the American Basketball Association (ABA) in 2007 as the Vice President of Entertainment Management, Harold quickly made an impact and his role evolved to become the Vice President of Strategic Development for the entire organization. Recognizing the potential of technology as a springboard, he introduced cutting-edge advancements such as text messaging, mobile marketing, email marketing, NFC, technology, NFT, cryptocurrency, and the metaverse, effectively positioning the ABA as a forward-thinking brand.

With his exceptional vision and entrepreneurial spirit, Harold transitioned to become the CO Owner and CEO of ABAGALE TV. Under his leadership, ABAGALE TV has grown to encompass over 100 streaming television channels and two Roku networks. In addition, he oversees the ABAGALE website (abagaleunlimited.com) and the ABAGALE Real Estate network (abagalereal.estate), which is dedicated to building multi-event venues for the ABA's expansive network of 100+ teams.

Harold is also the co-owner and partner of ABAGALE Realty Group, further demonstrating his commitment to enhancing the ABA's presence and infrastructure.
